My name is Nicole Saastad. I have been in childcare for 3 years. I started
at AFCCC in August 2010. I went to Birchwood High School and obtained my Bachelor's Degree at University of Wisconsin
Stout. My hobbies include being a wife and a mom to a 1 year old, scrapbooking, and sand volleyball. My future goals
are to have more children, build a big house and become a kindergarten teacher. Something interesting about myself is that
I love to eat peanut butter and pickle sandwiches. I chose to enter the child care profession because I love working with
children and helping our world be a safe and better educated one.
My name is Angie Passehl. I have been working the child care field for 12 years.
I started at AFCCC in September 2010. I attended high school in Coon Rapids Minnesota and went to St. Cloud state for 1 year.
I have taking Intro to Child Care and Skills and Strategies. My hobbies include scrapbooking, walking, swimming, camping,
and being a mommy. My goals are to one day have my own daycare with my husband. Something interesting about myself is that
I lived in New York for 6 months working as a nanny. I chose to enter the child care profession because I grew up in an in-home
daycare and have worked in daycare centers since I was 16. I also nanny. Iv'e always loved being around kids. I am
also married and have a 3 month old son.
