My name is Courtney Sather. I have been in the child care field for 3 years. I started at AFCCC in August of 2010. I have my Associates Degree in Early Childhood from CVTC and am currently attending Northeast Technical College for Early Childhood. My hobbies include swimming, camping and spending time wtih friends and family.
My future plans are to get my Bachelor's Degree and become and Elementary School teacher. Something interesting about me is that I love riding motorcycles but I'll never drive one! I chose to enter the child care profession because I love working with children. I think it's a wonderful feeling know you are making a difference in children's lives. I wouldn't change anything in the world.

My name is Thomas West. I have been in the child care field for 3 years. I started at AFCCC in October 2010. I went to Logan High School in La Crosse, WI. My hobbies include arts and crafts, waterplanting and stone sculpting.
My future plans are to go back to school for Elementary Education and have a family. Something interesting about me is that I used to be in the army. I chose to enter the child care profession because I love working with kids and parents to help make well-rounded, healthy individuals to better our future. I love my job!

Hi my name is Kaitlyn Lederer. I have been in the child cre field since I was 14. I started at AFCCC in September 2011. I graduated high school in May 2009 and am currently majoring in Elementary Education with a Science major. I will graduate college in December 2013. My hobbies include riding and showing horses. I am on the UWEC equestrain team, where we show horse against other colleges. My future goal is to become a teacher to elementary school students as well as a mentor. Something interesting about myself is at home I live on a 40 acre farm way out in the country! We have 3 horses, chickens, dogs, a cat, and sometimes a cow! I love being in the country! I chose the child care profession because I love kids! I love working with them because it is so rewarding.
